Shipping/Delivery:
Ships via Aramex overnight  with tracking  – Door to Door – R99.00
Most orders are sent out the same business day and we aim to have in-stock items dispatched before 2 pm. Any orders placed after 11 am will be collected by the courier the next business day.
International Delivery: We can ship parcels Internationally by DHL or Aramex. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically for you during the checkout process.
Please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost.These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch, you will be sent a confirmation email which will contain a tracking number. The package can then be tracked using the link attached in the email. Please note that it may takes 24 hours for your parcel to register in the system. It’s recommended that shipments are sent to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to avoid any redelivery delays.
Remote locations: Remote locations within South Africa also have flat rate shipping included, although it may take slightly longer to arrive.
Some larger items the product may be taken out of their original packaging to keep the shipping costs down. We will still make sure the product is adequately protected during transit.
 
Guarantee / Returns: 
We warranty all our items for 1 year against manufacturer’s defects, in addition to any warranty from the manufacturer. Keep a copy of your order details and let us know as soon as you notice a problem. The warranty covers the cost of part only, not the cost of labor. Fitment must be carried out by an accredited repair center, e.g. RMI accreditation or our fitment center.
Returns are permitted within the guarantee period. The buyer must obtain a reference number before returning items.
